1 person dead after Lancaster County bulldozer accident

LANCASTER, Pa. — An incident with a bulldozer in West Cocalico Township left one person dead Monday afternoon.

The coroner was called to the 600 block of Mount Airy Road and Millpond Drive in Lancaster County around 2 p.m.

According to on-scene officers, two men were cutting trees in a nearby ravine when a bulldozer rolled down the hill, crushing and killing one of the men.

It is unclear at this time what caused the accident. Additionally, it is unknown what company the worker was with.

The incident is under investigation.
